Ok so I did that and about half way through the munge this came up.

Does rep_inf_ep3trooper_captain.msh have an OPTION file associated with it? If not, copy another MSH file's OPTION file, open it, delete everything in it, and save it, but make sure it's called rep_inf_ep3trooper_captain.msh.option.

Well then, seems the problem is the model the clone captain uses. What model is that exactly?

Delete everything - MSHs, ODFs, REQs, etc. - that is not related to your unit in your side's folder, do a manual clean, and re-munge. Also, try removing the cloth from your unit's ODF and see what happens.

the model is corrupted. if it gives a mungerror it most likely prevents the unit from being complete within the .lvl and thus battlefront cant load it.

I dont know if its just me or anyone else, but when I create a side starting with a number like spartan has 501, it would cause problems in the sides. So I always have to have a letter infront of my numbers when creating 3 letter side name.

I created 502 as a side. Noticed nothing was working right cause of the 1st number in the side name. Also including when my models would start with a number like 502_inf_ep3trooper. Nothing went right.

So might want to try changing your 1st character. In your case the 5 to a letter.

Also if you made to much changes and can't remember, start you side all over again from scatch.
