I made a preview trailer! :P

It's a little blurry, most likely due to youtube's compression, but still gets the point across.

One thing though, will you get rid of the sabersounds on the vibroswords? :P

I removed the ambient noise of the swords, but kept the swing sound, perhaps I should get rid of that as well. I figured since they were vibroswords they might vibrate and make noise or something.

Hmm it should be working now, it works for me and it seems for everyone else. :?

Right now I'm working on Ulic Qel-Droma himself. I'll make a regular version for the kotor conquest, and a specter form for the clone wars era.

EDIT: It's sorta Ulic. Suggestions? It's still a wip, it needs more details and corrections. The red boots look a little weird :lol: Note this is not anakin's mesh.

Hey, I haven't tryed it, but I just thought of something, you could try and change the swing sound or the aimbiant one to that of an low engine hum.

That's a nice idea, actually. Nice Ulic, btw, but wasn't he still a jedi during the Krath wars?

Thanks. Oh probably he was, but I think it was the Krath that drove him to the dark side, and this map is a tad bit non-canonical. I was planning on having Cay as well. This is sorta a precursor to their final duel. The clone wars era will be more accurate, as this is the place where Ulic goes into exile, and where anakin finds his spirit.

Still chugging along. I have the env-mapped sith trooper that I made, and I'll include it.

I'm more working on MeshEx, because I want to make some new weapons and other things for other maps. Overall I think it would be more important than this at the moment.

Works well. It's going to be a sith field trooper, which will be a trooper sent to far reaches, and can survive long and defend things well. This trooper will be great for making a stronghold just about anywhere. I'll also give him a fusion cutter, health, and some other weapon.

I'm going to try and edit the turret, so it shoots out bullets like a chain gun, but has bolts and the damage of bolts.

FYI, I noticed, that they env_map only works with lighting settings to at least medium.

Hey Rep, so sorry for the vanishing, I didn't mean to drop out so suddenly actually. But I'm back for now, semester is almost over and I'll be visiting more frequently. I also get a 3 week break before the next semester starts, so I'll be on very often then, and even doing some more modding.
As for the map, AWESOME! Way better than I thought it would be, one thing though, lighting is a little too bright. I was under the impression that it would be slightly darker. Keep up the awesome job though, and if there's anything I can still do with you on it, let me know. ;)

I still haven't done anything with the republic side, perhaps you could set up the team? I have some Old republic troop models pending, we'll see.

I'm really just trying to push this out the door so I can do other things :)

But I still want to do a good job on it.

if i may suggest use cold war clones, and possibly make um white? (i dont know why youd want to be purple, or maroon if you prefer) when your surrounded by whites and grays

id love to help but unfortunitly im a noob when it comes to programming and design

Hmm, set up as in how? Like skinning the units and stuff? I'm afraid that I can't really do, even though I'm back, I don't have time to actually do major things, but setting up the equipment, odfs and maybe even getting the units set in the lua I can do.
And from what I've seen, you have done a good job on it.
