Help me please

I'm making a map and I've gotten pretty far but I went to test it and when I try to play it the cps don't show up, I've checked the lua and everything in zeroediter but I can't figure it out. So if someone could help me with this I would be very thankfull.

try running swbf2modtools.exe

ya i have the paths and regins and there in the coquest layer which is the one i want them in and there still not showing up
