Im taking Penguins advice and zipping things individually, then rezipping the entire thing. Other than that i cant help, although filefront has pulled itself back together i think and bandwidth will be higher.
Things to come (hopefully) in the next (probably final) release are jedi starfighters, v-19 torrents, geonosian fighters, SOUND !)@!*, and numerous bug fixes.
things i might not be able to do are set up boundaries (i need to know it i can make more than 1, so i can box my map in, and if i need to use regions and everything), fix the splines, and SOUNDS !!oneone1!one!!

you can have alot of boundaries, just remember to have them all listed in your .req
((my tatooine valley map has about 11 boundaries))

-New sides are very realistic
-Woah! LAATs have old fly control! Are u used rep_uta_ride_gunship.odf?
-New AT-TE and IFT-X are great too..
-So, dust in your map is very nice, but dust=lag

I loved it, great job!
The only problem I noticed is that a lot of the clone troopers run to the front corners of the hangars and just die and this takes a bit of a bite out of your reinforcement count.

I suppose it's a bit too late to add ideas anymore, but is there any chance you'll be able to give engineers normal rifles, and decent looking lasers like in the movie (Like General9's)? Even if you can't it will still be an awesome map. Thanks!

I got lost guys. Where can I download this?
Oh and PVTParts, I've recently made some Skins you can use for your next version of Geonosis. However, I'm waiting for a reply from one of the mods and once they insert in the downloads section a skin pack link, I'll upload it.
If you ever download my skin pack, I recommend using a few Clone skins I modified as well as the Super Battle Droids and battle Droids.
I even made a Geonosis Battle Droid as seen from Episode 2

As for your shadow droid, I was thinking maybe you should give it white eyes, similar to the Battle Droids from Republic Commando.

Sorry its taking longer than expected. I have a version uploaded, but I havent given out the url because its 200 some mb. Im working on sorting through mshs and tgas to delete what i dont need. once i finish hopefully the size will but cut down. also tweaking the spec battle droid (he now has a shock field - if he charges it up anyone within a few meters of him gets electrocuted and most usually killed.)
Edit: and yeah ill take a look at your skins, not sure ill use them because i already have tweaked my skins and made geonosis droids. but your geonosis droid is more orange than mine, so i may consider using it. ill look into your pack regardless.
Rekubot: No its not to late as this is a beta, on the contrary give me all your ideas. But im not sure what exactly you mean, and i like the flechette launcher given to the lieutenant. but pilots and medics have the DN Bolt Caster if thats what you are refering to.

I looked into your skin pack, and I will most likely be using those (probably the droid fighter among other things) but not in this map. Im content with my skins for now. Thanks anyway.
Update: Tweaking balancing/weapon power. Adding jedi starfighter (hope it works!??!) messing with zoom rate (so you can smoothly zoom in and out) fixing some first person bugs and trying to get the file size down (i probably cant get it that far down - this map uses a lot or resources. But i plan on releasing a version without fog)
Edit: No im not using the fly_ride gunship. I simply tweaked the default/space one. All you have to do is make the mid speed 0.

Oops, sorry if I wasn't very comprehensive. What I meant was if you could get the normal lasers (that come out of the ordinary rifles) to look a little more well, Star Wars-ish. Here is what General9 did as an example:
I said engineer earlier because there is no text for me on your map (I'm hoping you can fix that in a later version), but yeah, I guess I meant the lieutenant. If you like it, keep it in, it's just that shotguns were never really part of the Star Wars universe (not including that flechette launcher from Jedi Outcast

).

What language are you using?
Those look nice. Real nice. I'll toy with it and try to get close to that. But I have a feeling he's using something custom. I'll talk to him and ask him about it.
I'll probably keep the shotgun, just because I fancy it. If I dont, I need an alternative. I could give him the regular rifle, unless theres something else you have in mind (not DN Bolt Caster because thats already being used and I really dont like it.)

Soon. I know I keep saying that, but its hard to put things off and just release it. Like last time I was about to release it, i figured i'd just throw in boundaries. Thats done, now im tweaking gunship missles (so they act and have trails like in the movie). After I finish that I promise ill upload it.
Edit: missles now go off course more often, so be sure to use lock. Btw missles are anti-vehicle monsters. they will kill anyhting. But to balance it gunship is down with 2 rpgs. Furthermore, RPGs are anti-vehicle monsters as well. The only thing that they do not beat to death are at-tes.
But for the gunship to be truely balanced, i need to limit the missles. But I will only do this if i can get the good ole vehicle repair/ammo droid back. Ive tried but to no avail. If someone can do this for me ill be a happy camper
