I keep on getting this error:
Code: Select all
Message Severity: 3
C:\Battlefront2\main\Battlefront2\Source\EntityGeometry.cpp(619)
Entity "rep_inf_ep2_jettrooper_rifleman" missing geometry "rep_inf_jedi_anims"
Why is this? Everything seems to be perfect. The .odf says
and well there is a .msh file named rep_inf_jedi_anims...any suggestions to fix this issue?

Is rep_inf_jedi_anims.msh an animation or a player model?

You know, just because you can see it in MSH viewer, that doesn't mean its a player model.
-EDIT-
did a quick search.... rep_inf_jedi_anims.msh doesn't exist

Oh...so an animation can now form into a model?

You missed my edit...
-EDIT-

It is not in the assets anywhere. Where are you finding the model?

Ahhh, so its a custom model. I'll check it out and see what I can find....
-EDIT-
Make sure to check if the .msh file is in the sides msh folder.

Hmmm.... It appears as if it is a player model AND the bone naming is different than BF2, not sure if that could cause a problem though. Still searching.
-EDIT-
There seems to be an error with the model. It caused problems with the VisualMunge plus it gave this error:
ERROR[levelpack req\343rd_inf_trooper.req]:Expecting bracket, but none was found.
File : munged\pc\rep_inf_jedi_anims.model.req(1)...

I seem to remember reading that those files had anims and player model in the same msh. Since they were made for a different game entirely, they might not work perfectly in SWBF. Maybe importing into XSI and enveloping it to SWBF's skeleton would fix any problems?
Ah yes.
