As far as I know, making models is quite challenging, especially if you don't have much experience. Why don't you just reskin some of the stock tunnels (from hoth)?

If you are still serious about making your own models, download the tools.

Have you installed it? If you have, click the shortcut on your desktop. If you didn't make a shortcut, go to where you installed it, then into the folder "Application", then into the folder "Bin". Click the application "XSI".
And if you haven't installed it, then do that first.
