You shouldn't sharpen it, it makes every skin horrible...

actually the sharpening is part of cookies template he used.
anyway i agree that it doenst look that when its sharpened

after i looked the trooper up on wookiepedia it seems to me like the mouthpart is too wide and should look more like some kind of large filter than fine fabric.

to use it just right click save picture as and later convert it from gimp or a simalar program to from jpg tga.
