SO I just tried to change the weapons for the clone commander to a chaingun and an incinerator but now it crashes when I play Clone Wars. GCW works fine but for some weird reason CW does not. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is?

Please describe the steps you took to make those changes. Be specific.

I just open the Clone Commader odf and the Bothan Spy odf (So I could see the code for the weapon) and changed his secondary to the incinerator, saved and closed, then munged. That's it. And now I can't play clone wars.

Did you copy the incinerator's msh, tga and odf files to the corresponding folders in Sides/rep? If not, do so.
Also, before you ask anything the debug exe is a great way to get info on a lot of problems. Here is how to use it.
