A quick Merlin sketch. Definitely have to use this style more often. This will eventualy become a christmas present(but on paper and drawn with a pen...), what do you think of the pose/expression?

Those are some pieces of work, but they turned out great.

It's good to see you back again mate.

I like the pose and the angle, but once it was pointed out,t he hat does seem a bit static. This is my preference, but I'd give him a hat that fits right on the head, like the wizard from Disney's old The Sorcerers Apprentice cartoon.

Thanks for the comments, guys. I didnt like the hat too much either, but I couldnt tell which of its attributes it was.

The kama and the gear looks perfect, not sure about what to think about the goggles...don't like them, sorry.

Yeah, considering your style, i will point some small mistakes on the art:

Those sashes on the torso have the shadow opposite to the lighting.
The gogles look very weird and completely B/W compared to original image that has is not black/white.

Very nice dessing, and great kama, keep it up.
Reach HAZOP helmet and security shoulders.

Based on the troopers lighting position, looks like its coming from right back of the trooper. You see how his chest is dark compared to his helmet and shoulder pad. This was the reason it is the way it is. As for the leg strap, that lighting is a mistake.

Yea the visor is not the best as it took me 8mins to draw it on.

Good job on the trooper. The cape could use a touch up.

Well, thanks, actually, i want kamas to look like that, and i am pointing the shadow since it is left-right and the lighting is right-left.
