Simple, your map size is a improper size. It has to be a double: 16,32,64,128,254,512 and so on.

Does changing the size of the map in zero editor change the compiled size of the map?
Because I find the stock size when you open zero editor of 254 by 254 is way to big for almost any map, would it be good to change the size in future maps?

You can change it down to 128 if you want, however, I find that when you make maps that small you can often see off the side when in a flyer or on highland.
