I could swear I saw it somewhere else but after a search through the FAQ and a regular search I found nothing so I will just explain it to you.

To properly munge a renamed custom side you need to:
1. Go to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_ABC\_BUILD\Sides
2. Copy and paste a new copy of any of the folders in C:\BF2_ModTools\data_ABC\_BUILD\Sides
3. Go inside C:\BF2_ModTools\data_ABC\_BUILD\Sides\Copy of GAR\MUNGED (GAR can be any 3 letters, depending on which side folder you copied) and delete the PC folder (this is only to make sure you don't have some weird things start to happen in your vehicles side)
4. Go back to C:\BF2_ModTools\data_CGW\_BUILD\Sides and rename your "Copy of GAR" (GAR is of course any 3 letters as I said before) folder and rename it to your sides name, specifically in your case it would be "vehicles"
5. Go inside C:\BF2_ModTools\data_CGW\_BUILD\Sides\GAR and right click the munge.bat, then click edit
6. Rename any lines that say GAR (or whatever side you copied from as I said before) and rename them to vehicles
7. Go and run the munge but make sure the dropdown bar is set to EVERYTHING
8. Test your map and enjoy your newly munged side!

Oh that's where it is, I know I saw it somewhere, thanks StarkillerMarek. But for simplicities sake I'm not going to delete all that I just wrote (I put a lot of work into writing that! :cpu: ).

Thanks so much! Just one question, is the rep in vehicle spawn just means the rep side will use it?

That's the way they are by default, but they aren't always set up that way. Though if you've munged your own map and haven't changed those values, you don't have to worry about it.

Yes, I do indeed know that, but I was trying to keep it simple for our friend here. I haven't found a situation yet where it would be more helpful to change that than leave it how it is.
