How to remove default CPs [Solved]

Is there anyway to do this? I cant select the cps or the regions, but I know its possible. The doc only explains how to add new ones. thanks in advance.

make sure you have the correct layer selected, hope that helps

edit: I changed the layers and it works now. thx now I can start making maps
