Sound
I have followed Mav's tutorial on adding custom ambient sound. I am at this part:
9) Go back to the BFBuilder folder. Go to its "AddOn" directory. Go to "AddOn\EFX\Data\_lvl_pc\sound" and copy the efx.lvl you find in there.
However, I cannot find the AddOn folder. Any tips?

Re: Sound
it's the addon folder from the BF directory.
So incommon C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon, where your addon maps/mods go in.
If you have Win 7/8 vista i think also you don'T have write permissions on C:\Program Files (x86)\ so Modtools write it to the virtual folder that's in:
C:\Users\MY USER NAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon

Re: Sound
I've never used the BF1 mod tools, but AFAIK if everything compiled correctly, you should have an addon directory. Im guessing the path is something like C:\BFBuilder\addon. Copy the abc.lvl found there to the aforementioned SWBF2 directory(s). Just my two cents having read step 9 of your post.
@Anakin:
As far as cross posting, I think that would be frowned upon, so I would leave the post here.

That's correct, your file should be in BFBuilder\AddOn\EFX\Data\_lvl_pc\sound. If it isn't, then the file might not be munging properly or something. Did you ever have to apply the Vista munge fix to your SWBF2 mod tools? If so, then you'll need to apply it to the SWBF1 mod tools as well.zwyx1234 wrote:Im guessing the path is something like C:\BFBuilder\addon.
