DIRECTX9 issue. [Solved]

Whenever I start up XSI I get this, then a microsoft error:
I DLed DIRECTX9.0B but it still does that. Anyone else had this problem and solved it?

My guess is that your graphics card isn't up to snuff for running it. For my laptop with integrated graphics, I use 3DAnalyze with the SW TnL button checked (just like for ZE; if you don't know how to get it running, see the FAQ).
