Ok I got DLed the KOR .lvl from the convo pack assets and I changed the Kreia skin (kor_inf_darthsidious.tga) so she would have a red robe. I munge and it's still the default skin. My other skins work but this one isn't.

I did change it and munged then realizing I didn't put the clean and munge.bat into the KOR side. So I did and munged still nothing. and the dc: is in my lua.

So what's the problem why isn't it working?

Did you use the dc:side line?

does the texture just stay the same? the default?
Or does it go all white? or black?
I assume you use gimp.
did you save with RLE compression off?

I took a quick look at the .option files, nothing there that should prevent skin canges...

It stays default. RLE is off too. the only thing that seems weird is that the name when you save it is kor_inf_darthsidious.TGA in capitals.
