Hi, Can somebody post a list of all the ATRT files including the .msh, .tga, .option, .odf, .req, and effects if theres any. Oh and animation files.

Next, the yavin foliage files. Same as the above list.

Reason, my floiage is showing up black and i have all the requesting files it needs (tga odf editor_msn etc)

I don't know, since I haven't worked with the AT-RT yet, but I suggest using the Windows Search function inside the BF2_ModTools folder. It'll find all of the AT-RT files (or if the AT-RT ODF files require other things, look them up, then use Search to find those too). Same as the foliage, use Search.
