ok...i just finished making my swamp trooper....but caleb mentioned that u gotta turn off RLE.
i dont know were rle is in GIMP. does anyone else know???

when you click save as select the place to save then go to file and select Traga
not it will have you check marks
uncheck RLE compression
then click ok

Maybe we should like sticky this or something else, there are always TONS of topics about RLE compression or "my skin doesn't work"

Ya really or at least add have an admin add that to the skin tut.
