This is a list of convertable unit models from BF2, that can be ported into BF1. Brackets indicates something that cannot be ported. Units that cannot be ported are also listed. Those without comments can be ported without errors.

UNITS

Republic:

Phase I Clone Trooper/Clone Marine
Phase II Clone Trooper
Phase I ARC Trooper (kama is missing, best to use BF1 model)
Phase II Heavy Trooper (kama is missing)
Phase I Clone Pilot
Phase II Clone Engineer
Phase II Clone Pilot
Phase I Clone Assassin
Phase II Clone Assassin (kama is missing)
Phase I Jet Trooper
Phase II Jet Trooper
Clone Commander (Kama is missing)
Obi-Wan Kenobi (skirt missing)
Anakin Skywalker (Robed version seems to not have the robe)
Ki-Adi Mundi (skirt is missing)
Yoda (anims cannot be ported, robe missing)
Mace Windu (skirt is missing)
Aayla Secura (Can be ported, but tentacles were not boned, so they dragged to the "bone_root" object, find BF1 Compatible here)

CIS:
Super Battle Droid
Assault Droid
Droid Pilot
Droid Engineer
MagnaGuard (Skeleton is portable)
Droid Assassin
Droid Marine
Droideka (untested, should be the same as BF1)
Darth Maul (no dualsaber, skirt missing?)
Darth Sidious (no robes)
Count Dooku (no cape, although the BF1 cape system should work. Not sure if the model is different, since there is no cape on either model save for the BF2 cape)
General Grievous (cannot be ported, incompatible skeleton file, find BF1 Compatible here, no four sabers)
Jango Fett (BFX assets have misalignment solution)

Rebels:

Rebel Soldier (all portable)
Rebel Vanguard (all portable)
Rebel Smuggler
Rebel Pilot
Bothan Spy
Rebel Marksman (all portable)
Wookie Warrior (model portable, dreads not compatible, leaves holes in the head)
Luke Skywalker
Luke Skywalker (snow)
Han Solo
Princess Leia
Chewbacca (model works but sach is boned so if drops to the floor)

Imperials:
Stormtrooper
Snowtrooper (no kama, otherwise it's the same model)
Shocktrooper
Scout Trooper (same model)
Imperial Engineer
AT-ST Pilot (same model?)
AT-AT Pilot (same model?)
Imperial Officer
AT-AT Commander
AT-AT Commander (snow)
Dark Trooper (should be the same as BF1)
Darth Vader (BF2 cape not supported, use BF1 cape)
Boba Fett (BFX assets have misalignment solution)

Natives:

Jedi
Temple Guard
Naboo Queen (Supposedly Apailana, but I think she looks more like Amidala - no skirt)
Tusken Raider (same model?)
Jawa (same model?)
Wookies (see Wookie Warrior)
Acklay (non-portable, uses different anims, although it could be possible)
Wampas (still seeking a way to get Wampa anims over, model itself works, skeleton seems to work)

VEHICLES

Theoretically, vehicles should work pretty much the same, I haven't tested them all yet though.

Republic:

Anakin's Jedi Fighter (Just replaced stock jedi Fighter, it works fine!)
ARC-170
V-Wing
AT-RT
BARC Speeder (untested)

CIS:

Vulture Droid
Tri-Fighter
Grievous' Fighter
Droid Gunship (replaced MAF and redone weapons, it works quite fine!)
Tread Tank (untested)
AAT (Works with BF1 anims, has six extra fire points for the missiles)

Rebels:

A-Wing
Rebel Gunship (just reskin the Republic one)
Heavy Tank (untested)

Empire:

TIE Interceptor
Theta-class Shuttle (untested)
Sentinel-class Shuttle (the one cut from BF1, I used Theta Shuttle as a base to get it to work)

Did I miss anything out?

No skirt. That's all I said. I know the Jedi works, but "No skirt" only means no skirt.

Tested Darth Vader, the model works. Haven't tested Chewbacca myself but I've seen him work before.

well look at this picture in my topic (the first screen)

http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... =1&t=17157

it still has its's skirt because the skirt on the model wasnt cloth

I've not reached the 25-day limit, so I'll post that the list is updated again, now I've tested a few more vehicles and units:

AT-RT (see screens in my BFMPM thread)

MileHighGuy, you were right. Jedi don't have cloth skirts.

I have a feeling Acklay can be ported either as a unit with fiddling or as a vehicle. I've also added a vehicle list too.

I had two tabs open in Internet Explorer, so it got confusing (All I can see is "-= Gametoast.com =-...").

I tested Chewbacca, but he has his sach boned so it drags to the floor. I'm sure I saw Napseeker use one which had the sach where it was supposed to be, so I guess he removed that bone.

Forgot to add in my notes, but the MagnaGuard seems fully portable, skeleton included - without the skeleton, I believe the MagnaGuard's arms sink lower on the model than they should, and proportions are distorted. The skeleton is in use in my MPM, and it seems to work completely. I believe skeletons from BF2, therefore, should work, although as I said, I could not get Yoda over.

Are there any differences between the BF1 and BF2 clone trooper models? I thought the BF2 model might be more detailed.

Yes, I know I bumped a topic a month old. However, I thought this should warrant it.

I don't think there is a difference, I think that EDIT:pandemic are too lazy to mess around with models that work.
