Ok so as you have guessed by now. My issue has to do with water!! good job give yourself a pat on the back. Here is the screen.

My water seems to go away everytime I get near it. I'm using the Kamino water and using SPtest nothing is wrong. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hmmmm. I'm using Kamino water and even when I change the texture of the water to yav_water I'm still having this problem where the closer I look at the water the further it moves away. If I jump in the water I die so its there just having trouble being visable up close.
