This isn't about using the localizing, but how to start it. In the localize folder there is only some cfg files and I cant open them. I remember using the localizing on my old computer, so is this just another thing vista cant handle? Or am I just doing it wrong? I searched for other files with localize and language in them in data_modid but didn't find anything useful.

in your modID's root folder, editlocalize.bat
