Is there a Dual/Multi Core fix?

Is been a long time since I posted, I didn´t have a decent computer to continue modding, well, now I have something to work with although in low settings but there is a problem, I get some CTDs, no errors messages, nothing, I suspected it was the multi-core issue some games have, I can manually set affinity with the Task Manager but since I have to test a lot I wanted to find a more permanent fix, there was a tweak I could do with ImageCFG but it just corrupts the file, any other solutions? (Steam version BTW)
