ok, this is odd to me:

it gives me "You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum." at the bottom when its a catagory view..

fixed. was a lame error in the update. edited by hand. all good now.

I think i figured out how to fix the poll. What you need to do is update the style's version.
go to {phpbb_root_path}/styles/{style}/style.cfg

then, update the Group Version to 3.0.7

if group version isn't there, add it. (Groupversion = 3.0.7) but removing the version one.

Then refresh that style.
(Admin Panel -> Styles Tab -> Style Components -> Themes -> {style} -> Referesh)

Then the style componets.
(Admin Panel -> General Tab -> Load Settings -> Recompile Style Components -> Yes.)

now, updating every style, it *may* work for each.
