Is there a way to remove it for a map or certain level ie campaign? I've searched and seen not possible but the shipped maps have it done so I assume it is.

try deleting all of the entries in the editlocalize.bat

That leaves a [NULL] and the box remains.

yea deleting them puts a [Null] and there's nothing in the campaign scripts that says to not have them it must be in the campaign set up (ie with the loadscreen etc).
