And you say you have a Corellian Gunship on hold? That would be tight. Gonna make it fire missles and lasers?
Just out of curiousity, are you perhaps inspired by Star Wars Empire at War? That Turbolaser looks like the one on it, and the Gunship is on it.
Got it, I'll work on them, and yes, I am inspired on Empire at War, maybe I am too ambitious with the projects, but I would like to have more variety, EaW had a bunch of great things to apply on a less RTS scale, too bad most of my models would need a good skinner and someone who can recheck and convert them to MSH properly, at least I seem to be able to model fast enough to save time.

That's actually a Nym's Slug Thrower from SWG, not an Alliance Needler.

Don't weapons only need to use the (free) MshEx to export?(not that I am discrediting Z13 or anythin)

what does exporting have to do with textures? 0.o
although you can export guns with meshex too its "easyer" to export with the pandemic tool because you dont have to convert anything before cretaing the mesh

Well a wait from an exporter may take awhile(more so in different timezones) and short conversions aren't that detrimental. Sometimes you don't even have to do that(I gone through that before)
And I don't believe I mentioned anything about textures 0_o

Really nice. Don't forget to freeze that texture projection though.
Okay going along with the world war 2 theme I have quite a bit of WW2 models to show you. (Note: I have been working on these for 2 months. Also note that I made all these models myself

)
First off, the Landing Craft, Vehicle, Personnel (LCVP) a.k.a the Higgins Boat.
A little history:
globalsecurity.org wrote:The Normandy assault force transferred from large transport into landing craft, vehicle, personnel (LCVPs). Made by the Higgins Boat Industries, Incorporated, these small, wooden-hulled craft (also called Higgins boats) could carry a single mortar squad and their equipment. Once loaded, the craft circled in a rendezvous spot a few miles from shore, waiting for the signal to head in.
1000 polies
Model Pics: (Haven't exported it yet)
2nd Model:
WW2 era 155mm Mobile Artillery used on the coast of normandy beaches
High poly 3000 + pollies
3rd model:
A lot more basic, it's just a simple french cabin/ house that you would see near the coast.
around 25 pollies:
4th and final model:
the final textured version of the Mauser Kar98k that I posted here earlier.
1800 pollies relatively high, i know.
So there they are. These are the beginning of my new project, along with the nazi bunker I posted several pages back. Let me know what you think!

I think this goes well with the current theme.
The German helmet ingame (credits to theultimat for exporting and texturing it):
And Fai222's DP 28 ingame:
And by the way nice models Elfie.

The LCVP looks too out of proportion and the artillery piece looks a bit under-detailed for something of that size (or it might just be the low resolution textures)...

The helmet looks strange, but the gun is good.

I know the helmet's a bit strange, it's scaled too big and a bit too far above his head.
