If you upload a file with or without account on FileFront, it will be available immediatly. But if you upload it to SWBFiles, so the file will be reviewed by a staff member, then it will be publicly available.

Holy crap, thats nuts. 4GB is out of this world, you need to cut that by at LEAST half.
Mav's Dark Times 2 was big and it was 1.5 GB(uncompressed), My TCW mod is Really big and its 1.8 GB(uncompressed),
How did you even accomplish this.
