Hey, I have a problem. Whenever I play single player on galactic civil war, I only have 2 units I can play as. 1 is the rebel smuggler and the other is the bothan spy.
Every other era works fine. I have installed BFX and the Convo pack. Should I reinstall the game or could someone upload their all.lvl?

Yah, you typed all.lvl in your post but reb.lvl in the topic.
Are you playing in galactic conquest?

did you intsall the latest version of bfx?

I have 3 other computers (besides the one I use) with the game and mods on them (my sister, 2 brothers and I all play together.) Their galactic conquest mode is fine. Should I try copying the all.lvl from them?

that would be the most convenient way for everybody i guess

well, i just wanted to check if this was symptoms of a bigger problems, or if it was something small like 21 corrupted .lvl. The strage thing about this is that I haven't touched bf2 when it comes to modding, just bf1.

Have you bought the other units to play as in the Galactic conquest?

Well
a. these units were here before I ever played the campaign mode
b. I played all the way through campaign mode and the units were fine

this isn't a campaign mode problem, this is an instant action problem.

i tried replacing the file with a working one, it didnt work

are you playing galactic conquest, or just a regular conquest battle?

well if it was corrupted then your game would not even load, and you would get a CTD. Did you perhaps try editing it with a Hex editor? (dont try, just tell us if you have)

nah. i havent used a hex editor on it. and like i said. i tried replacing the file with a working one and nothing happened, so im assuming it's probably some thing to do with some luas or something.

1-Remove all mods
2-Uninstall the game
3-Check the folder the game was installed in, make sure it's 100% empty
4-Reinstall the game
5-Check to make sure everything works
6-Install a mod
7-Repeat #5
8-Install another mod
8-Repeat #5

well, I did most of that, and though it fixed my problems with the rebel and imp sides, all the convo pack maps have no command posts and are just black. I added the red vs. blue mod and now i get a pop up at the start that says 500>=500. I'm assuming this means that I have too many maps/mods.

Yep. What you can do is make a folder under /Star Wars Battlefront II/ called /Inactive. Then you just move maps into there that you don't need for the moment, and move them back to /Addon when you want to play them, taking out other maps.

Are you running Windows 7 or Vista? If so you may need to copy the convo pack to the virtual store directory.
