Okay, so I was freecamming in the the space Courascant campaign level of the stock game. And I found this: I was wondering, does this exist anywhere else in the stock game? Does this exist in the mod tools? If so, has anyone used it in a mod?

It exists in the modtools under the space files.

What is it's name? I've never seen that model before, it looks like a turret controller, only with a different model and texture.

I found it in the second command ship in the level BTW. It was the only thing that existed in the inside of the ship.

Yup. its a cool model. I'd like to use it in a map if I knew the name of it.

You're right - it isn't in the video. Hmm....

It's probably just a leftover from the demo. The demo had radically different Auto Defense Mainframes and even hangars, so it wouldn't surprise me if this model was used on that ship. Unfortunately, I can't check because there's no freecam in the demo and they forgot the landing region in that ship so I can't even abuse the 3rd person like I do for the CIS ship.

I own the xbox version and it wasint in there.Has anyone thought it is just an Easter Egg

no, eastereggs are hidden (often funny) things that the developers included intentionally, not obsolete objects that have been forgotten/ left in by accident.

And to answer the question, it's cis_prop_turretchair.msh in assets\sides\cis\msh. I believe Mav used it in The Big "L".
