TEC II: Revenge of the Republic V1.1

TEC II: Return of the Republic is an upgrade to the TEC Mod, it adds new skins; including ones from the 3 Legions pack by C-26, the DC-15 Carbine model by OOM-9 and a load of other stuff.

For any one that doesn't know, the TEC Mod, through hex editing and other work, adds more accurate skins and weapons to all the maps.

Install Instructions

The TEC Mod is required for this upgrade, you can download it from here.

To install place the rep.lvl and the repshell.lvl in:

Star Wars Battlefront 2/GameData/data/_lvl_pc/side

And put the mission.lvl in:

Star Wars Battlefront 2/GameData/data/_lvl_pc/

And remember to make a back up of the original files.

Oh, an upgrade for my beloved TEC mod. Great , great, greater than great ! And some accurate reskins.And the DC-15 carbine - did this keep the behaviour of the old carbine ?

The Carbine still acts the same it is just a new model, in the version i am hoping to fix the floating icon problem, instead of using the Hudtag = hud thing.

So basically, it's the same old Kashyyyk map but with the DC-15S Blaster Carbine and a new skin for the clone troopers? Nice avatar by the way, but now I see that the green skin's scratch marks should be a little bit bigger.

Off-topic: I love that commando music, how'd you get your hands on it? It's a shame they didn't put it in the actual Star Wars movies, LoL.

Aww, man! This looks so good but I can't even have the original TEC mod because I have to download it onto my memoey stick which only has 42mb memory and transfer it to the computer that has SWB2 on it. Grr... Why didn't we connect the PC with the high graphics card to the internet instead...

Dragon93, he was asking how many % it was at because you said you would upload it as a winrar onto filefront.

Why doesn't everyone get 7zip, it's much easier and it hardly takes up even a megabyte. AND it's completely free.

Ummm... compressing a side mod (if there are 60mb each sides, replacing four sides is 240 mb) to 1 mb is a little extreme. Even if it could be done, you would almost certainly corrupt the file every time.

I will upload it as a winrar soon, it will just be very big, 7zip made 350mb+ = 20-30mb+, and it made the oringinal TEC mod only 80mb.
