I figured it out. Its Deviss's rebelnew model, stormtrooper body, tantive IV head. AQT must have added the visor

Very close. The "rebelnew" model was actually made by icemember. I added the visor (also by icemember) and the belt from Neomarz's Clone Commando.

I know I like it. One of my favorite shades of blue at that. The 501st scheme was always one of my top favorites of all the legions.

that is a bit painty, try and work on blending and I suggest not putting stains on symmetrical parts e.g. arms, legs, shoes,
