Gametoast not accessible in France ? [Solved]

Hello modders and mappers, here is Indytotof !
I don't know if I post this topic in the right section but....
If I used my French IP (my normal one) I cannot go to Gametoast and I got this:
But if I used my VPN program to make me had a virtual english/north american IP, I can have access to gametoast.
Is that situation normal ?

Due to almost no real traffic from Ukraine , all Asia related and most of fr and ru we have blocked access from those countries which has killed 99% of our spam and port scanning / hack exploit type traffic. Send me your ip and I'll whitelist your up range

I'll used my VPN to go in there so.... like in filefront.

Ok I was going to add your ip to whitelist but the one you have was a local ip on your local of not a valid ISp ip
