Freezing problem

Freezing problem

Whenever I look ahead as the CIS, or to the left as the Rogue Clones (Mount Corona, lol), my map freezes. I don't know what could be causing it.

I saw that I accidentally placed a leafpatch somewhere, deleted it, still froze.

Saw that some foliage had no name, deleted it, still froze.

Saw that all my yavin trees that have the godrays (right before the zombies!) had 1 in the Team box, replaced them (took FOREVER), still froze.

It all started happening when I placed all sorts of bushes and foliage in center area around the map, so maybe that's what it is...

If you need me to tell you what odf's I'm using, just holler.

Tip: When creating/developing anything, make a small change then test it.

I would say start removing the new bushes and foliage one at a time (or one type at a time) until the problem goes away. Then you know what item was causing the problem.

Does your map have enough memory for everything?

I'm not sure what memory pools to use for props and and foliage. Would you know what those pools are?

I'm using the Dagobah ranges of visibility right now, and it's pretty thick to see much (and I'm also using the Kamino sky and rain, so you can't see more than 10 feet ahead of you). I guess I'll get rid of most of the small trees.

EDIT: Solved. I removed the surrounding Endor trees (figured I didn't need them since you won't be out of bounds anytime soon), and it worked.

This can be locked now.
