Those are 1.1 and 1.2, the one that you showed should be 1.3 if i remember right.

Yes he is the happy sky trooper. I know Fiodis it is not the best skin.

So here's an updated pic, only skin changes were to the legs/boots and saber hilts, the rest of the quality improvement is from those tga.options.
