Low Res Only

I've got a stock prop that seems to only be showing me the low res version no matter what distance I stand from or on it, and it looks fine in Mesh Viewer.
I've tried cleaning, no change.

What's in the .option file?

There isn't one, let me triple check that there isn't a stock option file...
Nope.
I'm just going to import and remake it, I want to edit its collision anyway.
