Would anyone like to?
I'm (relatively) new to BFII online, and I think that having a server full of people playing on the Battle Arena 2.0 (which is my new favorite MP map) would be just awesome.
I'm thinking about setting out a specific date for this - maybe sometime in August?
If anyone's interested, post.

I'm planning to hold a day-long Battle Arena Event sometime this summer. Post here if interested! Also, check the first post, I'll edit when I'm hosting.

Will be running as much as possible.

I'm going to be running a dedicated server for this map now, it won't be open all the time though. I think we could plan a get-together, I am hereby reserving August 20 as the date. I will register 30 people, so sign up now!

That could (possibly) be from 5:00 EST to 11:00 EST!

if its all day why only let 30 people. and are you really getting a dedicated server, or just hosting off of your computer? And why 3 month notice?

With 3 month's people can prepare.
Also, I think 30 is the highest amount we could safely go without lag.
However, I can't get the Sever Manager to recognize BAA, any special place to put the folder?

Just give a date, time, and the sever name and make sure that everyone knows about it and you'll be fine.

or read all of the other post about getting a group to play together and realize it probably wont happen, so yeah. But it you want a remote possibility then just say "hey, im hosting such and such from 5-7 pm eastern this saturday, be there"
