BF:0 Wishlist Thread

What would you like to see with V2.0 of BF:0 Please post it here also let's try and keep the ideas in the spirit of BF:0 so just be warned outrageous or non Star Wars ideas will not be implemented.

Well, I think Thule and Cato Neimoidia were originally planned to be part of the project, and I wouldn't mind seeing those two planets. But considering how hard it is to make a map, I highly doubt I'll see either planet in v2.

I'd like a lot of stuff, but mostly for BF0 to keep going and get betterer and betterer.

I would love to have a simple Mygeeto map, with 1 huge bridge and a nice environment, so we can focus on the Tri-Droid where I've spent a life-time on :P

Yeah, Hell's Ashes is too big to really appreciate it.

I didn't like this thread in the first place.. Now about the content made: I won't change it.

:P

We made this mod to mod what we want to, basicly, also not focusing on what others like (how ego it is)

Also, i'll do my best to fix bugs, and about the maps: that is a thing for the creator of that map.. But my stuff won't be changed in content.. Only added content :)

Now i'ld to see more suggestions though, things which we CAN do, so not simple 'i'ld love to have a tridroid with the head of a b1' or 'can you make us a new AT-AT please?'

Ideas, especially for maps, are welcome :)

I can't agree more this mod was created by us and the content won't be changed if it's buggy we'll fix it and we'll add more but not change what's previously made

Also this topic was made so that map ideas could be presented mainly not to change the sides so that one person likes them better. You have to remember that this mod is being played by lots of people not just yourself so as developers we need to keep in mind the opinions of lots of people not just a few

you can give the lancebikes a lance which hurts unbits when you touch them with it
it could be an invisible laser with extremely short range, autofire (it will shoot all the time), not recoil and unlimited ammo

The bike is supposed to do damage, when you collide with something. I might model the lance on..

yes, i know but with such a laser you could exactly define how much it damages or can piledamage be defined in a vehicles odf?

I believe damage from collisions can be controlled in the vehicle's .odf.

I think a Phase I Captain Rex would be good. But I saw in the showcase thread that Commander Fox & Cody in their Phase I armor were included but I didn't find them on the mappack.

What's the deal?

@Nova : assume they'll be in V2.

Were a coupla maps I wasn't impressed by (okay that's a lie...there were certain components of a coupla maps that annoyed me). But meh, your mod, your rules.

Main thing I'd like would be getting to see all the fancy new vehicles....but I'm assuming most are coming in later versions.

Jup, true. I can't just throw them all on one map. That's why I'm hoping YaNkFaN will throw together (his saying) a nice small mygeeto map, with maybe a huge bridge I'll model.. Or i might do it myself. This way we'll get the Tri-Droid on! :D

Also, I'm really wondering.. Do you guys like the heroes? I worked so hard on them; i haven't got any complain yet, but also no compliment

Edit: Well, I've started and almost finish Mygeeto; Macabre Bridge

1.I really suggest that some more work should be put on the skins (the red visor at least :runaway: ) to the 22nd legion.
2.Also i think it would have been really cool if you guys made camgains for some of the maps.
EDIT: Never mind the last one:
Later we agreed on more, which would take more time:

-Expansion of campaign
- The maps integrated in a 'Battlefront Zero Storyline'
- Simple yet fun objectives
-Expansion of galactic conquest
- New planets to conquire in Galactic Conquest
-Improvement of assets
- Using the sides from our map to make the original maps more canon
