Disabling points in space assault?

I am in the middle of making a mission for my space assault map, but I cannot get any farther because i do not know how to disable the point-system. i simply complete the first 5 objectives when suddenly its 195/180 to 100/180 and i have a victory without finishing the mission
whatdo i do? :runaway:
