Sounds munge problems

Post by Alpha_41 »

I followed Rends's adding sound tutorial step by step doing everything he said to do and I had two issues.
First, when I munged with the modified _BUILD\Sound\munge.bat, my _LVL_PC\Sound stay empty and at the end of the munge process VisualMunge tell me that when munging \Sound the common file was unexpected.

Then when I re-munge, after doing a complete clean, with the shipped _BUILD\Sound\munge.bat, but still with the modified soundmunge.bat, the sound tes.lvl appear with the expected size BUT when I used it ingame the atst remain soundless.
I search on the forums and tried several modified munged.bat , soundmunge.bat and even soundmungedir.bat but each times it failed to munge the sound tes.lvl and when I munged with the shipped munge.bat the tes.lvl is munged but doesn't work ingame.
The tes.lvl sound is correctly placed in the addon\TES\data\_LVL_PC\Sound folder.
I checked several times all the files, .req .sfx .lua, I edited and I 'm sure I don't make mistake.
I'm running windows 7 x64.

I'm completely lost :runaway:

Use the SWBF1 mod tools for munging sound; I use it all the time and never have problems.
