I got bored, so I followed Bac-Talan's advice and made some creative little details.

BARC Speeder crashes. :P

Eh, droids aren't as good, since all I got is a bunch of chunks like arms and torsos and stuff. But the clones allow for a lot of creativity. :P

Hehe! I did it, I finished the sides for this map, along with localization and sounds, all in one day, within two hours...

I'm tired.

O.K., just an update for you all. I had to fix some small errors in the sides I sent. Also, I had to remove the Clone Commando from the map (Schizo did not want it).

Otherwise, I hope you all will love the sides paired with Schizo's kick butt mapping!

I got the sides in and they're working fine. Now I need to tweak the unit count and everything, since, for some reason, not as many units are spawning all of a sudden. It's not as intense as it should be. So I'm trying to figure out how to get more units on the field so that it'll be just as intense as before, but this time with some accurate weapons and everything. It's proving to be a challenge though, since not as many bots are spawning as I want, and the ones that do spawn aren't following my planning and everything. I don't know why, but I'll try to figure it out. It may delay the public beta a little bit though (I was planning on releasing it sometime tonight, but until I can get the unit count right, it'll have to wait).

Thank you MajinRevan. I bet your sides will make my/Schizo's map a lot better.

I gotta tell you people that I've had the privilege of alpha testing and I honestly have to say that this is a map worth drooling over. I got it before the sides update (lots of units) and it combines an INTENSE round of fighting without sacrificing the map to a flat, empty battlefield. (like the first ported Alderaan map by Schizo, that's pretty much all it was. Okay, so there was the fountain. :P I'm not beating down the map, some people like that stuff. Just not me.) But yeah. It's a HUGE battle and it's not an empty plain. Lots of lil details that will make you really want to play it over and over again.

The map is pretty much finished now. I wasn't able to get it as intense as it was before I put in the new units, but it might be for the best, since with the new weapons and all, any more bots might be overdoing it. Don't get me wrong though; there's still plenty of fighting, and it's definitely intense.

I'll release a public beta tomorrow, so people can look for any bugs I may have missed so I can squash them once and for all before I release the final version. Until then, here are some screens to hold you over:

Heehee, I love the crashes Shizo. Although what I was really talking about was the stuff you don't really notice, but make the map seem natural.
However, that's awesome... heeeeheeeeheeee..........
