All I have to say is ... meh.
It was good, sure. But all the other movies made me want to see it again right after I saw it. This one - not so much. There wasn't a second of decent racing in the whole movie. It was all "drive for your life" kindof stuff. The GPS in the one race totally ruined what might have been cool. And I'm so *#$&@(#*&$(@* sick of that "shaky cam" directors use. They use it waaaaaay to much now, and I actually want to SEE what's going on. Lastly the new secondary characters need acting lessons - namely the guy with the green Torino and the chick who has a thing for Vin Diesel.
Other than that, it was a lot of fun. I'm not saying I wasted my money at all. I just expected a lot better movie.

Re: Fast And Furious
You know what I've been noticing lately? All of the new movies have some sort of
intense action
in them. One great example of this is Crank: high voltage. It's starting to get dull now...

Re: Fast And Furious
Well there goes my movie idea where people go through so much intense action that they spontaneously combust and then continue running into the intense action on fire, whilst singing the Final Countdown. Then Keanu Reeves shows up and shows us his Kung-Fu. Then the fire people get into a battle of hot, intense acting against Keanu and his cold, dry acting. I'll call it, "OMGBBQWTFAWESOMEMETALGEEEAAARRRR"
All things aside, I think I'd rather see Dragon Ball

Shaky cam. I'm willing to bet that in The Bourne Movies, Quantum of Solace, and Fast and Furious both had the same or partnering action sequence/ camera directors. It's a plague. It's spreading. It's one of the great things about Star Wars- No shaky cam.

Off-topic: Yay! I finally got to use it.
Back on topic: Although I've never actually seen the new F&F movie...it looks pretty awesome, altough I've heard some bad reviews abt it from my frineds, the good reviews from other friends. I might go see it when I get some $$.

*waves hand* That is NOT the movie you want to see. You want to turn off the computer and rethink your life.Fusion wrote: All things aside, I think I'd rather see Dragon Ball
Seriously, I thought that Dragon Ball the movie was some april fools style joke. Untill I saw the trailer. Then I thought it was a joke that got out of hand. Then I realised it was real and I died a little.

I said "I'd rather," not "I want to"
