I had a realy stange expirience today and it took some time to find out why.
I added a few objects to my map. Saved it munge it and it was all ok in Game.
Then i reloaded the map in ZE and say what. All the stuff i added before today was gone!
Here is what i did earlier:
I thought it was a good time to make a backup of my world1 folder.
So you copy&paste it with STRG-C and then STRG-V .
Now i had a copy of world1 folder next to the original world1 folder.
I leaved it there but i shouldn´t.
ZE wrote my changes into the correct world1 folder but if i reloaded the map ZE choosed to load the files from the backup folder !
Don´t ask me why but once i moved to backup folder to the desktop all problems were gone!
