You can't possibly have a Zelda themed map without Oni Link (Fierce Deity, for all you North American familiarized players) or his Double Helix Blade. That would just be awesome.

Also, I've been following Twilight Princess since the beginning. The field is a little too bright.

I saw earlier, someone asked who had all the Zelda games. I do, including the CD-i games. Also, the CD-i aren't canon. Just a little typo, I guess?

Can't wait for this map.

I agree :D I own it and Majora's mask, but, I used game shark... (Zelda games are impossible!!!!!!) I'm also a Nintendo lover... I still have my N64, my gamecube, and I'm hoping to get the Wii (revolution)

The Link player models won't be in this map. I don't have time to fix and finish them. :(

I am uploading the final beta for Epena right now. While he is testing it, I am going to put together a little dungeon. ;) Just something a little fun to add to the map.

@linkoftoaruvillage

You have the CD-I games? Wow, must of been hard to get. The cartoon animations our painful to watch lol

A couple *easy* ideas for weapons. The first would be a boomerang. Simply create the new mesh and use a modified saber throw ODF. The second is the "charged" sword. In the earlier Zelda's when you had full life the sword shot something out. You should be able to make the projectile mesh fairly easily and then work out the new animation (or have someone else do it!) Also, what was the reason behind not having bombs again? Do you have specialized sounds for all weapons for all units or something?

That's a great idea! The reason I didn't want to put bombs in was because I would want every unit to have them, which means setting up a folder with 2 complete sides, not a problem but would make the folder all the more bigger in size! Since I am loading custom sounds It's already big.

I have Link's voice when he swings his sword along with the SSBM spin sound effect and then a another sound for when the bow is shot.

The funny thing is Link look like he drank some antifreeze or something.

I forgot to mention that you could use the yellow energy bar as a meter to refill the sword shot.

Like in the Thief/Dark Project Series ?
I don't think this is a good idea, because it would mean that the range of shot that is charged for a very short time is small. So it would be difficult to shoot anybody because you have to find the right time of charging.

make so that the first shot fires a fair distance for the AI, but the charged shots will go further

That would be cool and a you know what would be cool too? Make the sword that when you slash and you hold the fire button it gets a glow like in the zelda games or that link spins with magic around him as in OoT

I remember that from Wind Waker. When younf link charges up his sword. That would be cool.

I changed the Bow to trigger shot to help cut down on cazyness and make it more realistic but I fear a charge shot would lead to you never hitting someone. (Real arrow like physics)

Any ideas on how to do the Charged sword thingy?
