Does know if there are any access issues with Mod DB, like there are with Filefront?

I don't believe there is. But I live in the US, so I don't know for sure.

If you have region-lock issues, use Hola or Tor or something to bypass it. ;)

I don't have any issues like that; I was just aware that a lot of people had issues with Filefront and was wondering if Mod DB is a better hosting site (what is the best hosting site?)

I'd argue Mediafire or Dropbox. Mod DB isn't horrific. Nexus is terrible for large files.

But does Mediafire have any kind of organization? So that people who are looking for SWBF2 mods can actually find them without being given a link?

Google Drive is another great host, especially considering their 100 GB plan for only $2/mo.

razac920: No, MediaFire is only a file host.

Oh, okay. Well I do have and make use of my Dropbox account, I was just wondering where should I upload my mods so that people can stumble across them

Ah. Yeah. Filefront is an awful host these days and should generally be avoided. :( Mod DB, MediaFire, Dropbox, Google Drive and the Nexus (but not the Nexus for large files) are the best hosts nowadays. I often host my large mods on Kickass Torrents as well, but it's only really worth hosting large mods in torrents because the main reason for doing so in the first place is the large file size.

I'd say Mod DB is the #1 best for what you want considering its amazing Google page rankings. Like seriously lol, if you search for the M-35 Mako on Google Images, my model will be one of the first-ish results. https://www.google.com/search?site=&tbm ... Fa0bPCCQaE

Marth, that's hilarious. Nicely done.

Edit/off-topic: What happened to your avatar(s)?

I had no problems hosting RCM on ModDB. Nobody complained about access issues.

Dropbox isn't good for popular mods. I released something on Dropbox and got a mail that there was too much traffic and the download was blocked for time.

Okay, cool. I'll move all of my releases to ModDB then.
