Though if the assets are released it shouldn't be hard to add them yourself.

I was in the middle of making a CIS side when I decided for variety's sake, I changed the sniper model to one of the BX models. Doesn't break the class name too much since Droid Assassin doesn't sound overly specific. I thought it might be nice for the models to see more use, so if you feel like it, you could replace the B1 sniper model with one of the BX models. Just offering a simple suggestion. Regarding the CIS, can we see more pictures of them? So far you've shown us only the Droideka, but I'm curious to see what some of the changes are for the rest of them.

I disagree. The BX is supposed to have though armor. The sniper has the weakest. If any unit gets replaced by the BX, I would think it would be the magnaguard.

I decided to change the name for several reasons. I didn't like the word "Patch" being in the title, and I didn't like how bland it sounded. Battlefront 2: Evolved seems appropriate.
Here are some more screenshots.
I am aware of the model issues on Anakin and Obi-wan. They shall be addressed eventually.

nice update, and to all xsi-veterans: how can i fix this stupid cloth bug? i tried several times to fix it while changing the cloth collision, but it wont fit... so, thx in advance for helping me.

I like the rebell engineers helmet on hoth.
I think you still need to add the right arms to the 1st person view in pic 12 (darky) but I like the effect.
And of course nice work on anakin and obi the look awesome

Just to make this clear for everyone, Mars Marshall* made the textures and models for Anakin and Obi-wan. Naru imported them to SWBF2.

You're right: Battlefront II : Evolved sounds better than "patch" : the name
"THEWULFMAN's, AQT's, and D.U.C.K.'s visual sides patch" was too long

.
I like the Rodian Smuggler unit, but Rodians would be better as snipers (I think ): but perhaps using the normal skeleton instead of the stock rebel sniper skeleton would break online-compatibility .

Okay, the JKA converted Anakin and ObiWan models look fantastic. Much better than stock.
But as for the rest of the pics....
It's been quite some time since I've noticed details in BFII, and since I've played with the v1.2 sides for so long, I've forgotten what needed improving from the stock sides.
Can we get some before/after pics so I have an idea of what you're trying to display? Because some of the screenshots just seem so, "...Alright, what am I supposed to be looking at here?..."
I can't always tell what's different.

Actually it wouldn't actually break online-compatibility. However I'm keeping the sniper a human female. The Rodian fits the "Smuggler" role well in my (and AQT's) opinion.
A breakdown of the Smuggler/Engineer Rebel unit types.
Regular: Sullustian Smuggler. Appears on Coruscant, Dagobah, Jabba's Palace, Kashyyyk, Mos Eisley, Mustafar, Mygeeto, Naboo, Pollis Massa, and Utapau.
Jungle: Rodian Smuggler. Appears on Endor, Felucia, and Yavin.
Fleet: Alliance Engineer(I'll show pics of him later). Appears on Death Star, and Kamino.
Snow: Alliance Pilot. Appears on Hoth.
Note: The maps the units are determined by the
mission.lvl, and is not going to be replaced and that's final. This is why the normal engineer appears on more maps than it should, nothing can be done about that without breaking online-compatibility.

Probably an annoying question on my part, Wulfman, but is Hapslash's Count Dooku going to be converted and replacing stock Dooku? I think that would be rather nice. The stock Dooku's face makes me laugh for some reason or another.
I am really enjoying the changes. It's really making BF2 look as it should have been by default.

It would be nice, just depends on time constraints. Dooku will at
least get a new skin like I did with Aayla.

Thanks. I keep that mind set often as well, trying to make it as it should have been from the start.
I'll get around to making a large set of screenshots that show Stock, 1.2 Patch, and then BF2: Evolved, side by side by side so you can see the individual changes. If the 1.2 patch didn't change it, then I'll just show Stock and BF2: Evolved next to eachother.
