Scaling Guns

Post by SpartanA259 »

Hello I come bearing more questions... How would I make a gun smaller to fit in a soldiers hands. I have a soldier in my map that uses a sniper rifle and the rifle is the almost the size of the stock rocket launcher so I was just wondering if there was someway to make it smaller to fit in his hands thanks.

Assuming you are using XSI, select your object and use the scale tool to size it down by something probably around 0.5 in all three planes (X, Y, Z).

sometimes, in the .msh's option file (gun_mesh_name.msh) you can add a comand
"-GeometryScale 0.75" (or any size multiplier you wish)
