You don't work in Alpha channels often do you? Well, you are hardly alone.
This should answer your question. If not, let me know and I can elaborate if you're stuck on any part.

Well that's another matter entirely. I'm not a fan of Photoshop, so I don't use it. I've never even touched Paint.net. I don't know how to work with alpha channels in those programs. I'm sure there's some tutorial on the internet for working with alpha channels in Photoshop, but I wouldn't know of it.

And I'm guessing you don't know how to use GIMP?

If you can't find a tutorial for Photoshop, I'll remove the alpha channels in these textures. As long as there's like, a dozen or less.

==EDIT==

that's strange. When i opend the Fles in PSE they looked normal with the alpha chanel. when open them in Paint.net they are transparent. lol

But there is an other problem when i wanted to make transparent Files in PSE they were broken and really Bullsh**. and when i did them in Paint.net everything was fine. mh so i can etdi them in PSE save as PS file and open them in Paint net. there i can save as TGA.

(I think i did something worng in PSE, but in this way it will work. If someone can explain me how to save transperent TGAs in PSE would be great)
