Hello Friend, you are using the free version of XSI (Mod tool)?

Are you using the correct version of Crosswalk (2.6)?

Your object has more than 5000 poligons?

It is a "null" called "dummyroot" the father of the hierarchy of your model?

explain better please.

follow this: works for me.
I work like this:

1) make the model
2) add texture
3) create a null which is called "dummyroot" (without the quotes)
4) open the window selection
5) select the model that did drag on dummyroot
6) copy the model and rename
with this extension "nameofyourmodel_lowrez" (without the quotes)
7) click the middle mouse button over dummyroot and then exported to the folder MeshEx with Crosswalk 2.6

the null does not need any specific name, "null" will do. nor does the model, polymsh works fine (if its something like that) also, just for the sakes of getting meshex to work,i would try it without a lowrez first. so just merge all objects that make up the model u want to export, freeze the model and transforms, then follow rep's guide to exporting, make sure all the checkboxes match up with what rep posted.
