Hey there, it's me (again^^).
This time i got a real weird error...

I created a new map including custom sides.
For now it only got three modes: conquest CW, conquest GCW and 1flag CTF CW.

When I play this map in singleplayer everything works fine.
When I play this map online in CW I can play conquest and CTF either without having any problems.
As soon as I try to play conquest GCW (and only GCW!) the game crashes. The map is being loaded and the faction selection screen appears, a second later I'm back on my desktop.

So far I only added a single unit to this era.
Anyways, I thought I might only screwed the script so restored the GCW.lua with the clean code you get freshly after the munge. So no custom unit is being loaded, no nothing is in there.

The game STILL crashes. ONLY online and ONLY in this era.
A read trough several topics here on GT but I couldn't find a solution.

Any ideas?

Are you using the disguise kit? It crashes online.

Never heard of it, so I guess no.
I only added a single trooper with some slightly modified weapons from Sky's and Dakota's weapon pack.
But I don't even load the unit, that's what's confusing me most.

Try a manual clean. I read somewhere that when reverting back to original files it wont munge correctly. Beyond that, if you havent done a lot of map work, sides can be coppied easily to a new data_*** folder (if worst comes to worst.)
