XSI not opening

Ok so I just downloaded XSI but when I start it up one of these two things happen.
1. An error report comes up and closes XSI.
2. It closes it's self out by it's self.
Does any body know how to fix this?

Honestly, I think these types of questions are better suited on the
Softimage forums:

Create a topic there and you'll get direct feedback from actual Softimage employees who know a lot more about their software than we do.

Sorry for the double post, but I tried all the things on the list and none of them worked. Do you think re-installing it will work?

All I can say is try it man, I wish I could just snap my fingers and get it working for you but it doesn't work like that, we're just users of XSI here and we don't know what makes it tick like Support does.
What kind of error report are you getting when you try to start it up?
Did you try all of these?
