Two-man Swampspeeder won't drive

So I am adding the two man swampspeeder to bfsm but it won't move it is like a turret. I don't know how to fix it help please. :)

its based off of the swampspeeder in the convopack assests with an extra space added units can get in but its like there is no pilot

edit i looked around and found a two unit swampspeeder in the convopack assests but it has the same problem here is its odf
