how to activate effects walkerstomp dust and tuskencampfire?

2 small things i need to activate.

in my project req file i deleted the 2 minuses before walkerstomp

REQN
{
"config"
-- "flyerspray"
"walkerstomp"
"hailfire_wake"
-- "dustwake"

but no walkerstomp dust shows uo in game. I´ve also no tuskencampfire and smoketrail.
The object and campfire light is ok in game.

There are some files in the shipped common effects folder but i´m not sure if i need them and what to do

ok i found the walkerstomp but not torchflame.this is used by the tuskencampfire.
Here the ODF entry:
AttachEffect = "torchflame" .

There is a torchflame.fx file in BFBuilder\Assets\Shipped Worlds\Tatooine\Effects
